What's the return policy?
Since items are made to order, we can only accept returns for defective or damaged products. Report any issues within 30 days of delivery with photo proof.
How long does shipping take?
Production takes 2-7 business days, then shipping is typically 3-7 business days within the US depending on your location.
Can I pick up on campus?
Currently we only offer direct shipping. We may offer campus pickup for group orders during recruiting events.
